Was bored, so I made my own composer lore🤩🙏
She grew up on the outskirts of town, far enough away to hear the wind threading through trees as old as time, and the soft whispers of woodland creatures. Yet close enough to hear the indistinct lives carrying on towards the center of it all. Silence was never a thing. Not with the birds singing, not with the presence of us human beings. Even in the quietest spot of the forest, the sound of the creek water slipping through stones and cracks of forgotten sediments could echo throughout the ambient atmosphere. The natural reverb.
So as she laid her fingertips upon the piano keys, she refused to create something in black and white. She didn’t play to perform, but instead to fill in for where words trailed off. Her music wasn’t about showing off. It was about noticing. The silence in between notes. The melodies often wave through a window, inviting people to traverse the boundaries of their physical being, stepping into the timeless plane of memories.
She didn’t think in genres, and figured she would use her own keys to open formidable doors. The keys didn’t unlock answers, but simply moments. A 2 minute and 36 second track felt like stepping into a dream, familiar yet just outta reach.
The atmosphere she grew up in seemed quite infinite, yet she knew each living organism experienced it differently, their humanly time limits cutting it short. There had to be some way to preserve it, right?
When listening to a track from Mylo, you are entering little worlds built for you to feel seen, to feel small, to feel big, or to even feel nothing at all. She always believed that silence wasn’t real. As she lifted her feet slightly from the sustain pedal, lingering frequencies became less stable, fading away like a swift summer breeze. The environment hadn’t changed, but for some reason, the foliage appeared in her eyes more vividly. Although the notes had come to a halt, the wind had picked it up, swishing it through one ear to the other. It is still audible, even as dawn goes down to day. Silence may not be something you are able to truly achieve. But quieting your mind is.
Hope ya like it:), game devs hit me up!
